Refund policy
Cancel anytime before your piece ships and receive a full refund — no questions asked. This includes both your deposit and any balance paid.
Once your piece is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.
How to start a refund
Email Joeyandava@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for cancellation or return (optional but appreciated — helps us improve)
We respond within one business day, Sunday through Thursday.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately, with return shipping at our expense.
